Can it quote a job before the crew sees it?
It gives a range, not a final price. The customer sends a photo, the teammate estimates how much of the truck the load fills and quotes the matching price band from your own price sheet. The crew still confirms the price on site before anything is loaded.
Does it work with the scheduling software we already use?
Yes. Bookings are written into your existing scheduling or CRM system where it has an API, and where it doesn't, the teammate sends the booking to your dispatcher by text or email for one-tap confirmation.
What happens with items we can't take?
Your list of excluded items — paint, chemicals, hazardous waste — is part of the teammate's instructions. It tells the customer up front, points them to the right drop-off, and books the rest of the job.
