This Privacy Policy describes how PureBlue.ai ("PureBlue", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us (for example, when you submit a contact form, request a demo, sign up for a trial, or subscribe to updates) such as your name, email address, company name, and message content.

SMS / text messaging program

PureBlue operates an SMS program on behalf of itself and of the field-service businesses (the “Merchants”) that use our platform to operate their dispatch and appointment workflow. The program is strictly transactional: messages include technician arrival notifications with estimated arrival time, appointment rescheduling links, warranty authorization status updates (submitted, approved, declined), secure one-time payment links for completed services, and account security notifications / one-time verification codes for registered users. We do not send marketing or promotional content through this program.

Opt-in. You opt in when you (i) submit your phone number through a public PureBlue or Merchant web form with the SMS consent checkbox explicitly checked (for example, at /contact), (ii) request service from a PureBlue-powered business and provide your phone number on that business’s customer intake, or (iii) register for a PureBlue.ai account and provide your phone number for login or multi-factor authentication. Consent is never a condition of purchase of any good or service.

Message frequency. Frequency varies with your service activity, typically 2 to 5 messages per active service visit. You will not receive recurring messages after a service is complete unless another service is scheduled.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-out (STOP). You can opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL) to any message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message for support instructions, or contact us at sales@pureblue.ai.

No sharing of mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Additionally, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information are not shared with any third parties.
