Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PureBlue.ai website operated by AiLead, Inc. dba PureBlue.ai (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

This page is provided for general informational purposes. Additional terms may apply when you purchase or use PureBlue.ai products or services, and those terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase or account creation.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number to PureBlue.ai (either directly, or to a business that uses our platform), you may receive transactional SMS messages from us — for example, service appointment notifications, technician arrival updates, payment links, account security alerts, one-time verification codes, and — if you requested a demo and opted in on that form — demo-related notifications. Your use of the SMS program is governed by our SMS / Text Messaging Terms. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Subscriptions, Usage, and Paid Products

Some PureBlue.ai products (including Pureblue Radar) are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. Usage above your plan’s included allowance (for example, scored prospects beyond your monthly allotment) is billed in arrears at your plan’s overage rate; you may set a hard usage cap in your account settings. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Fees for consumed usage — prospects already scored, credits already delivered — are non-refundable. One-time credit packs (such as Radar Discovery and Pureblue Connect introduction packs) expire as stated at purchase.

Purchases of Pureblue Connect are additionally governed by the Connect Service Terms.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
