Program description
PureBlue.ai (operated by AiLead, Inc. dba PureBlue.ai) provides a service-management platform used by field-service businesses (for example, HVAC contractors) to coordinate appointments, dispatch technicians, collect payment, and communicate with their customers. As part of that platform, PureBlue sends SMS text messages on behalf of those businesses (the “Merchants”) to their customers for the transactional purposes listed below.
You may also receive SMS from PureBlue directly for account notifications and one-time verification codes when you use PureBlue.ai as a registered user.
Message types
Messages are strictly transactional and may include:
- Technician arrival notifications and estimated arrival time
- Appointment rescheduling links
- Warranty authorization status updates (submitted, approved, declined)
- Secure payment links for completed services
- Account notifications (e.g., password changes, security alerts)
- One-time verification codes (for login / MFA)
We do not send marketing or promotional content through this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically 2 to 5 messages per active service visit. You will not receive recurring messages after your service is complete unless a new service is scheduled.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt in
You are opted in when any of the following is true:
- You request service from a PureBlue-powered business and provide your phone number on that business’s customer intake or dispatch flow.
- You submit your phone number through a PureBlue web form (for example, at /contact) with the SMS consent checkbox selected.
- You register for a PureBlue.ai account and provide your phone number for login / MFA purposes.
Consent is never a condition of purchase of any good or service.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages after that. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Supported carriers
The program is supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent information are never shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
