Connect Service Terms

These Connect Service Terms supplement our Terms of Service and govern purchases of Pureblue Connect introduction packs from AiLead, Inc. dba PureBlue.ai (“we,” “us”). By purchasing a Connect pack you agree to these terms.

What counts as an introduction

A pack credit is consumed only by a held introduction that meets its definition:

• Conversation ($150): A live phone/video conversation with a qualified decision-maker or influencer at a target account who confirms interest and agrees to a follow-up.
• Meeting ($350): A scheduled discovery meeting with a decision-maker that is held, with need and timeframe confirmed.
• Demo ($500): A held product demo with a decision-maker who has confirmed need, timeframe, and budget authority.

An introduction that is booked but not held (a no-show) does not consume a credit; we reschedule or replace it at no charge. Introductions are priced per occurrence and are not contingent on any sale closing. A Demo credit may be applied to a Meeting or Conversation; lower-tier credits may not be applied to higher-tier introductions.

Prerequisites, onboarding, and expiry

Connect requires an active Pureblue Radar subscription for the duration of fulfillment. A one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 applies to your first pack purchase and covers ideal-customer-profile definition, messaging and scripts, sending domains, phone numbers, and persona setup. Pack credits expire 6 months after purchase; consumed credits are non-refundable. We provide weekly campaign reporting while a pack is active.

Fulfillment

Outreach campaigns are executed by our fulfillment partner, Perimeter Software Corporation, using Pureblue’s platform, targeting, and quality standards. We remain your single point of contact and accountability.

Compliance

Outbound activity is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, including the TCPA (telephone outreach), CAN-SPAM (email), and GDPR where relevant. All channels honor opt-out requests. By providing target lists or data, you represent that you may lawfully market to the contacts provided and that your use of Connect complies with the laws applicable to your business.
