The rules, in plain English: you’re charged per held introduction — no-shows are rescheduled or replaced free. Introductions are not contingent on you closing the deal. A Demo credit may be used for a Meeting or Conversation, but not the reverse. Packs expire 6 months after purchase. You get a weekly report on every campaign. Outreach is executed by Pureblue’s fulfillment partner, Perimeter Software Corporation.
Outbound follows applicable regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where relevant), and you confirm you may lawfully market to the lists you provide. See the Connect Service Terms.
Why it’s priced this way
You pay for outcomes, not SDR hours. No retainers burning while a rep ramps, no invoices for activity reports. If a prospect no-shows, we reschedule or replace them free — and you never owe us a percentage of the deal you close.
