Pureblue Go for Restaurants

Your host stand should not be your FAQ desk.

Diners ask the same dozen questions before they ever walk in — what's gluten free, are you open Monday, can you seat twelve. Your assistant answers all of it from your own menu and hours, and hands you the ones worth a phone call.

Do you have gluten free options?
6:41 PM
We do. The whole small-plates section is gluten free except the arancini, and the kitchen can prepare the roasted chicken, the market fish, and both salads GF on request. We use a shared fryer, so we can't call the frites celiac-safe.

Great. Can you seat 12 on Saturday around 7?
6:43 PM
Parties of ten or more go through our events manager rather than the regular book. If you leave me your name and a number, I'll pass this over tonight and someone will confirm Saturday with you in the morning.

What it handles for you

All of it comes from your own pages and documents — so the answers are yours, down to the wording.

Hours, holiday closures, and which location is which

Menu questions, allergens, and dietary options

Reservation policy, wait times, and private dining

Parking, patio, kid-friendly, and dog-friendly questions

Catering and large-party inquiries — collected and sent to you

In your customers' language

A visitor can pick their language and region before they start typing, and the whole conversation runs in it. Your transcript is still stored in English, so nothing on your end changes.

And it knows when to stop

When a question needs a person — a quote, a complaint, an unusual job — it stops guessing, collects the details, and reaches a human. You choose who gets contacted and in what order, so you get a complete message instead of a missed call.

See it running on your website

Give us your address and we'll build you a working assistant trained on your real pages — not a canned demo. Try it, ask it the questions you get every day, and decide from there.

This is what we train the demo on.

Free, no card, no obligation. We build it, you try it, you decide.
