Do you have gluten free options?
6:41 PM
We do. The whole small-plates section is gluten free except the arancini, and the kitchen can prepare the roasted chicken, the market fish, and both salads GF on request. We use a shared fryer, so we can't call the frites celiac-safe.

Great. Can you seat 12 on Saturday around 7?
6:43 PM
Parties of ten or more go through our events manager rather than the regular book. If you leave me your name and a number, I'll pass this over tonight and someone will confirm Saturday with you in the morning.

It answers. That's the whole job.

Most of what your customers want is already on your website somewhere — buried three clicks down, or on a page they never found. Go puts a knowledgeable front desk in front of all of it. It doesn't dispatch crews or run your back office. It answers questions, all day and all night, and hands you the ones that need a person.

Live in about a day

1

We read your website

You give us the address. We crawl your pages — services, hours, pricing, policies, FAQs — and you upload anything else worth knowing: a menu, a price sheet, a service-area map.

2

You check its answers

We send you a link to try it before it goes anywhere near a customer. Ask it the questions you get all day. Tell us what it got wrong and we fix it.

3

One line goes on your site

Paste a single line of code into your site template and it's live. Then we set up your 2 slots — an integration to read from, another data source to learn, or one of each. We choose them together based on what you actually use.

What's included

Trained on your own content

We crawl your website and read the documents you upload — menus, price sheets, service areas, policies, FAQs — so the answers are yours, not a generic bot's.

Your branding, your voice

The assistant carries your business name, your colors, and a name you choose. Customers see your brand, not ours.

Live on your site in a day

One line of script in your site template. If you use Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or Shopify, we'll walk you through where it goes.

Human-in-the-loop handoff

When a question is beyond it — a quote, a complaint, a big order — it stops, collects the details, and reaches a real person. You decide who gets contacted, in what order, and how long to wait before trying the next one. Unlimited email alerts, 500 texts a month.

Answers in your customers' language

A visitor picks their language and region — es-MX, pt-BR, vi-VN — and the whole conversation happens in it. You still read the transcript in English, so nothing needs translating on your end.

Up to 2 integrations or data sources

Two slots, and you choose what fills them — a system you want it to read from, or another body of content to learn. We pick them together during onboarding and set them up for you.

1,500 messages a month

Enough for the vast majority of small businesses. If you need more, message packs start at $100/month — and we'll tell you before you hit the limit, not after.

Human-in-the-loop

It knows when to stop guessing.

The moment a question needs a person — a real quote, a complaint, an unusual job — your assistant stops, collects what you'd need to follow up, and reaches a human. You decide who it reaches, in what order, and how long it waits before trying the next person.

Unlimited email alerts and 500 text messages a month, included. A customer asking at 9pm gets a real answer, not a form.

International language support

Your customers pick their language. You keep reading English.

A visitor who doesn't speak English chooses their language and region — es-MX, pt-BR, vi-VN — before they start typing, and the whole conversation happens in it, in real time. Same assistant, same source material, their language.

The transcript is stored in your language. You read what they wanted in English, and a handoff reaches you in English, so nothing on your end needs translating.

What Go doesn't do

Worth being straight about, so you know what you're buying:

  • Scheduling jobs or dispatching crews on your behalf
  • Multi-step approvals, routing rules, or review queues
  • Connections into a full field-service or ERP platform
  • Multiple specialized assistants working different roles

If you need any of that, Go isn't the right fit and we'd rather tell you now. Email us and we'll point you at the right thing.

Try it on your own website first.

Pick your industry and we'll build you a working demo trained on your real pages — free, and before you pay for anything.
