We build it, we clean it,we keep it running.

Commercial solar in Central Texas — rooftop and carport installation, scheduled panel cleaning, and the O&M contract that stops a good array quietly turning into a bad one. Same company, start to finish.

Three Things, Done Properly

Most solar companies do one of these and subcontract the rest. We carry all three in house, which is why the people who built your array are the ones who show up to service it.

Install

Commercial Rooftop Solar

Flat-roof ballasted and attached racking on warehouses, retail, light industrial and office. We design to the roof you have, not to the biggest system we can sell.

Carport & Ground Mount

Parking canopies and ground arrays where the roof can't carry the load or the shade is worth more than the kilowatts.

Battery & Interconnection

Storage sized to your demand charges, and the interconnection paperwork run through Austin Energy, Oncor, Pedernales or CPS on your behalf.

Cleaning

Scheduled Panel Cleaning

Deionized water, soft brush, no detergents and no abrasives. Two to four visits a year depending on what settles on your roof.

Post-Storm & Construction Washes

After a dust event, a hailstorm or a neighboring build-out, a one-off wash with before-and-after production figures.

Maintenance

Preventive O&M Contracts

Annual or semi-annual inspection: thermal scan, torque checks, combiner and conduit inspection, vegetation and drainage, written report with photos.

Inverter & Electrical Repair

Diagnosis, warranty claim handling with the manufacturer, and replacement. We stock the inverters most common on Central Texas commercial roofs.

Monitoring & Production Audits

We watch your production against what the array should be making and call you when it drifts — not the other way around.

Re-Roof Removal & Reinstall

When the roof under a 10-year-old array needs replacing, we pull the system, store it, and set it back with new flashings and a fresh warranty.

A Dirty Array Doesn't Fail. It Just Quietly Earns Less.

Central Texas is hard on panels. Cedar pollen in February, caliche dust off every construction site within a mile, farm dust west of town, and months between real rain. Soiling takes a few percent off production a year here, and more on a low-tilt commercial roof where nothing ever washes itself off.

Nobody notices, because the system is still running. The monitoring portal shows a number and the number looks like a number. It takes a baseline and somebody watching the drift to tell you that you have been giving away 6% since spring.

What we won't do on your roof

No pressure washers, no detergents, no tap water left to dry into hard-water spots, and nobody walking on the modules. Abrasives and pressure cause micro-cracks that void the module warranty, and the damage shows up in year three as a string that never quite recovers.

Signs your array wants a visit

  • Production down year over year on comparable weather
  • One string consistently below the others in the portal
  • Visible film, pollen banding or bird mess along the low edge
  • Construction, a quarry or an unpaved lot within half a mile
  • No cleaning since commissioning — the most common answer we get
  • A hail or high-wind event in your ZIP in the last year
  • Vegetation grown into the morning shade line

We service arrays we didn't install, including ones whose original installer has since gone out of business. Ask the chat in the corner what a visit looks like for your roof size.

How a Commercial Job Runs

Most of the calendar is interconnection, and most of the surprises are avoidable. You get the same project manager from assessment through the first year of service.

  1. 1

    Site Assessment

    Week 1

We get on the roof, measure the usable area, check the structure and the service, and pull twelve months of your interval data from the utility.

  2. 2

    Design & Proposal

    Weeks 2–3

One system, one number, and the production model behind it. You see the shading study and the assumptions, not just the payback year.

  3. 3

    Interconnection & Permit

    Weeks 4–10

The slowest part of every commercial job, and the part we handle without you chasing it. We give you a written status every other Friday.

  4. 4

    Build

    1–3 weeks

Our own crews. Roof penetrations flashed by a licensed roofer on staff, and your roof warranty documented before anything goes down.

  5. 5

    Commissioning

    Day of PTO

Thermal scan of every string, monitoring brought online, and a walkthrough with whoever will be looking at the dashboard.

  6. 6

    Service Plan

    Ongoing

Cleaning and inspection on a schedule from day one. The arrays that keep making money are the ones somebody is actually watching.

Free Roof Assessment

About an hour on site. You get the usable roof area, the structural and electrical constraints, a production estimate from your own twelve months of utility data, and — if you already have an array — a written condition report. No obligation and no kitchen-table close.
